VN IS PROVIDING A FREE LICENSE TO USE THE HARLAN COMMUNITY ACADEMY BOYS LACROSSE SERVICE TO ALLOW COACHES, PLAYERS, PARENTS, BOOSTERS AND ALUMNI OF HARLAN COMMUNITY ACADEMY BOYS LACROSSE TO USE THE SERVICE. IN RETURN FOR PROVIDING THE HARLAN COMMUNITY ACADEMY BOYS LACROSSE SERVICE WITHOUT CHARGE VN RETAINS THE RIGHT TO SELL OR PERMIT THIRD PARTIES TO SELL ON OR THROUGH THE WEBSITE MERCHANDISE, PHOTOS (INCLUDING PHOTOS POSTED BY USERS OF THE WEBSITE), SERVICES AND ADVERTISING SPACE FOR VN’S OWN ACCOUNT AND FOR THE ACCOUNT OF THIRD PARTIES. VN MAY IN ITS DISCRETION SHARE A PORTION OF THE REVENUES GENERATED FROM SUCH SALES WITH THE TEAM.

Although the Harlan Community Academy Boys Lacrosse Service is designed to make it easier for coaches to communicate with players and parents the coaches and other persons designated to participate in the management of the Harlan Community Academy Boys Lacrosse website ( jointly referred to as the “Representatives”) may not have posted or reviewed any portion of the Content (as defined in the Terms of Service).
